How to Book a Tour or Safari
Tours are quoted individually, so booking happens in a few steps rather than an instant checkout.
1. Request a Booking
- Find a Tour Browse our Tours & Safaris page and open the one you're interested in.
- Click "Book This Tour" Fill in your travel date, number of travelers, and your contact details, then submit Request Booking. This isn't a payment yet — it tells our team you want a quote.
- We Set You Up an Account If it's your first time booking with us, we automatically create an account using your email and send you a temporary password by email. You'll be asked to set your own password the first time you log in.
2. Your Quote
Our team prices your trip and emails you a full breakdown, usually within one business day.
- You'll receive an email titled "Your quote is ready" with an itemized price breakdown and a secure payment link.
- If you haven't logged in yet, that email also reminds you to check your earlier welcome email for your username and temporary password.
- You can pay straight from that email link, or log in and find the booking under My Bookings — either way lands you on the same secure payment page.
3. Paying and Your Receipt
- Track status from My Bookings Once logged in, your My Bookings dashboard shows each booking's real status — "Awaiting Quote" or "Ready to Pay" — and updates on its own once a quote or payment goes through, no refresh needed.
- Pay with M-Pesa Click Pay Now, enter the M-Pesa number to pay with, and confirm the STK prompt on your phone.
- Get Your Receipt As soon as payment is confirmed you're taken straight to a printable receipt. If you paid from the emailed link without being logged in, you'll be asked to log in first — then you land on the same receipt.
Can't find your login details or your quote?
Check your email (including spam) for the welcome message with your temporary password, or the "Your quote is ready" message with your payment link. Still stuck? Contact Support with your booking reference.
