How to Purchase and Download Tickets

A step-by-step guide to securing your spot at our events.

1. Purchasing Your Ticket

  1. Browse Events Navigate to our Events page and select the event you wish to attend.
  2. Select Tickets Click the "Buy Tickets" button on the event page. A form will appear asking for your details.
  3. Fill Your Information Enter your Full Name, Email, and ID Number / Passport Number. Please double-check these details as they are strictly required to retrieve your ticket later. No account creation is needed!
  4. Complete Payment Follow the payment prompt (e.g. M-Pesa STK push) to finalize your purchase. Once successful, your ticket is instantly generated.
  5. Check Your Email Right after your purchase, we email you a copy of every ticket you bought — each one attached as its own image file, ready to save or share, exactly as it will look when scanned at the door.

2. How to Retrieve and Download Tickets

Because you don't need a password to buy tickets, you can instantly look them up at any time using our secure Ticket Lookup tool — useful if you can't find the email, or bought tickets for someone else.

  1. Go to our Find My Tickets page.
  2. Enter the Email Address and the ID / Passport Number exactly as you typed them during purchase.
  3. Click Search. Your tickets will appear instantly — open any one and click Download as Image to save it as a PNG picture (not a PDF) that looks exactly like the ticket on screen.
